1 Arm Swim

Start off kicking on your side, arm extended, then roll your body so that it is flat and at the same time stroke with your extended arm.  Recover your arm out front and then roll your body back to the side with your face out of the water.  Stay on your side and rebalance until you feel ready to stroke again.
