Lesson Description

This lesson is about adopting an attitude of gratitude.  Years ago I was introduced to this idea of aiming to live a life of gratitude and it has changed the way I live.

If you find yourself struggling in training, racing or in life a quick way to break free of the struggle is to look towards gratitude.  It really can help.
