Kick on Side -  Roll to other side

Kick on your side with both arms at your side. Keep your arms very relaxed.  Aim to get as much of your upper arm out of the water as possible.  Once you feel relaxed rotate your head down.  Once balanced in this position...roll your body to the other side.

When you roll to other side... roll like a log.  Roll your body as a unit (head, torso, hips move as one).
