In this lesson you are going to learn how to create your weekly training schedule.
Before you begin please get a sheet of paper, pencil and eraser.
You may also want to have your weekly calendar available as this will help in your planning.
This is one of the very first steps for triathlon training and it can very exciting and very powerful.
