In this video you are going to learn how to calculate your training zones.
If you are using HR or power for zones you will need to complete the 30 min Bike and Run test first.
After you have completed the test find your average HR or power from the test and this will be your Threshold HR.
Go into your Training Peaks account (or sign up for a free account at www.trainingpeaks.com) and follow the steps in the video to calculate your zones.
Boom you are done. Go out and start training in zones.
