In this video we go over how to change a flat tire.  This is a skill that we must all master because at some time we will all get a flat tire and need to change it.

In the beginning this process can be very frustrating but with practice we can all learn to do it properly and quickly.

When I get a flat tire I try to make a game out of it and see how quickly I can get it changed.

Practice makes perfect.
