In this video we are going to talk about another mental skill you can use in training and racing.

Thought Stopping!

It's simple:

  1. Be Aware of your negative thought
  2. Briefly focus on it
  3. Stop the thought with an interruption
  4. Replace with a positive thought.

This sounds too simple to work....but trust me...it does.
