In this video we are going to talk about resting HR and why it is important to measure.

Knowing your resting HR and monitoring it on a daily basis will allow you to know your body better and will give you a heads up on when you may be sick, overtrained or something else happening with your body.

When I feel off this is the 1st thing I check in the morning.

An overly elevated resting HR is an indicator that something is going on and you should consider modifying your training for that day or skipping it altogether.
