In this lesson you are going to learn how to execute a transition from Swim to Bike and from Bike to Swim.
There are two ways to do this. You can leave your bike shoes on the ground or on the bike for T1. For T2 you can dismount with your bike shoes still on your feet or leave your bike shoes on your pedals.
Transitions are something that most athletes never practice except in a race. I highly recommend you practice transitions a day or two before your race so you are familiar with the steps.
