Lesson Description
I remember doing these exercises as a young athlete. I learned so much about myself. I had a lot of negative chatter going on in my head. Once I tuned in to what I was saying and then changed the mental chatter I become a much stronger athlete and competitor. This is a powerful exercise to complete. I urge you to take the time and complete it.
