Welcome to week #1. This week is all about Posture.
In this video Coach Todd will talk about posture and body lean.
Key Tips:
- Use the tripod to establish good posture
- Have a slight forward lean (from the ankles) while running
- practice good body lean against a wall before starting your run
- Can you see you feet when you look down while standing. You may need to adjust your posture if you can't
