Welcome to week #2. We continue to work on balance this week.
In this video Coach Todd will talk about three new drills we will use to improve your balance this week.
Drill 1 = Kick on Front arms at Side, Roll head
Drill 2 = Kick on Front arms at Side, Roll head, Roll to other side
Drill 3 = Streamline Kick
Remember there is no prize for completing the drills as fast as possible. Swim each drill slow and aim to really focus on your balance.
