In this video Coach Todd will talk about three new drills we will use to improve your balance this week.
Drill 1 = Kick on Side, Extend Arm
Drill 2 = Kick on Side, Extend Arm, Roll Head
Drill 3 = Kick on Side, Extend Arm, Roll Head, Recover -----AKA Sharkfin
This week we are added an extended arm out in front to our drills. This will add some length to our strokes. How does it feel?
