Welcome to week #1. This week is all about finding your balance.
In this video Coach Todd will talk about balance and three drills we will use to improve your balance this week.
Drill 1 = Kick on Front arms at Side
Drill 2 = Kick on Back arms at Side
Drill 3 = Kick on Side arms at Side
Please note that this week I really want you to focus on being as relaxed as possible in the water while drilling and swimming....and getting into the habit of counting your strokes each length. Your stroke count is a great way to see if you are becoming more efficient in the water.
