Note that in the video I mention that I try to take in 1 bottle every 30 mins during long rides.  This was a mistake.  I try to take in 1 bottle every hour.  If the temperature is warm you may want to drink more.  I guess I have forgotten what it is like to ride outside for a long time.  Spring is coming sometime right?  🙂
