Back Row - Deeper angle

Chest Press - Deeper angle
Chest Press - one legged
T Deltoid Fly
T Deltoid Fly slowly lower with count of 3
Standing Rollout
Kneeling Rollout
Triceps
Biceps
Suspended Plank on forearms 1 min
Suspended Plank on Hands 1 min
Suspended Side Plank on forearms 1 min
Suspended Crunch
Stretch
Lower Back stretch with twist to sides
Chest stretch
Complete each of the above exercises using a 30 sec work : 20 sec rest pattern.
