I like the idea I talk about in this video a lot.
Why are we training for triathlons? Do you know why?
It is ok if you don't but I encourage you to take some time and think about what is your true reason WHY you are doing it. Once you understand WHY, your motivation to train will increase and it will be your greatest push to get your butt moving when you don't want to.
It will happen.
